Overview
We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for costs we incur when preparing your trip.
Cancellation by the Client
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email). The following schedule applies:
Non-Refundable Items
- Booking deposit (20% of total trip cost)
- Visa and travel document processing fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Lift passes and ski rental equipment once issued
How to Request a Refund
Please contact us with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
