Any itinerary, recommendation, estimate or quotation is subject to availability, applicable Supplier conditions and any stated validity period. A booking is confirmed only in accordance with SKI CHINA's booking and payment requirements and may also be subject to our Booking Terms & Conditions and relevant Supplier terms.

SKI CHINA may arrange or facilitate services provided by independent third parties, including ski resorts, hotels, transport operators, airlines, activity providers and guides. Supplier terms may apply. SKI CHINA does not control the day-to-day operations of independent Suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

5. Travel Information and Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate passports, visas, permits, insurance and other documents required for travel unless SKI CHINA has expressly agreed in writing to arrange a particular item. Website information about passports, visas, immigration, health, weather, snow conditions, safety or other travel requirements is general information only and should be verified with the relevant authority or provider. You are responsible for considering whether travel or activities are appropriate for your circumstances, experience and abilities.
