Golden-powder and peak-holiday totals include the base package plus the applicable supplement for all 4 nights. If your stay crosses seasonal boundaries, request a quotation for the exact dates. Peak-holiday supplements take precedence over golden-powder supplements; they are not added together.

Important Booking Information
Includes 4 nights in the selected room type, 4 buffet breakfasts, 4 hot spring entries, 4 childcare / snow-play activity entitlements, one 3-hour ski lesson, one return airport transfer service and 5 days of resort concierge support, according to the confirmed room occupancy.
Two-guest packages provide up to 2 entitlements per room night; four-guest packages provide up to 4. The included ski lesson is configured as 1:2 or 1:4 according to the confirmed package.
Hot spring opening hours in the product sheet are 14:00–24:00, with last entry at 23:00; confirm current hours before visiting.
Lift passes and ski equipment rental are not included in this IKON accommodation package. Guests using an IKON Pass should confirm their pass validity, resort access days and any restrictions for the travel dates. Lunch and dinner are not included.
Guests should prepare a RMB 2,000 security deposit when collecting lift passes and rental equipment.
All rooms and included services are subject to availability and final confirmation. Child entitlements depend on age, hotel policy and confirmed occupancy. International flights, visas and travel insurance are not included.

Booking conditions
Cancellation & changes
- Cancellation requests must be submitted to SKI CHINA in writing.
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund less the non-refundable 20% booking deposit.
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Under 14 days before departure: No refund.
- Visa processing fees, travel insurance premiums, and lift passes or rental equipment once issued are non-refundable where applicable. Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days.
