Peak-holiday room rates are already listed in Package Prices and replace the overlapping seasonal rate. Do not add the peak-holiday rate to the weekday or weekend rate.

Weekday check-ins: Sunday–Thursday. Weekend check-ins: Friday–Saturday. The calendar date is the hotel check-in date. Confirm the full quotation if your stay spans different seasons or holiday dates.

Additional nights are quoted using the applicable hotel, room type and date band. Hotel operating dates are tentative and subject to official resort adjustment.

Important Booking Information

Hyakumangoku: buffet breakfast is included, with published hours of 07:30–10:00, plus hot spring tickets. Entitlements are for up to 2 guests in a Superior room or up to 4 guests in a Family room.

Holiday Inn: buffet breakfast is included, with published hours of 06:30–10:00. A King / Twin room includes up to 2 breakfasts and 2 hot spring tickets per room night. Confirm breakfast and hot spring entitlements for the Two-Bedroom Suite in your quotation.

Extra Holiday Inn child breakfast: children under 1.2 m are free; children from 1.2–1.4 m are charged half the adult rate; children above 1.4 m are charged the adult rate. Confirm the hotel’s measurement policy and current charges.

The source price sheet lists a RMB 2,000 per-person hotel check-in deposit. This is separate from the advertised accommodation rate; confirm collection and release conditions with the hotel.

Lift passes, equipment rental, lessons, airport transfers, childcare activities, lunch and dinner are not included. IKON Pass access is subject to the guest’s pass type and applicable resort restrictions.

All rooms and included services are subject to availability and final confirmation. Child entitlements depend on age, hotel policy and confirmed occupancy. International flights, visas and travel insurance are not included.

SKI CHINA booking terms and applicable supplier conditions apply. Confirm the final quotation, inclusions and cancellation conditions before booking flights.

Booking conditions

Cancellation & changes
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to SKI CHINA in writing.
  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund less the non-refundable 20% booking deposit.
  • 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.
  • Under 14 days before departure: No refund.
  • Visa processing fees, travel insurance premiums, and lift passes or rental equipment once issued are non-refundable where applicable. Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days.
