Booking conditions

Cancellation & changes

Cancellation requests must be submitted to SKI CHINA in writing.
60+ days before departure: Full refund less the non-refundable 20% booking deposit.
30–59 days before departure: 50% refund.
15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.
Under 14 days before departure: No refund.
Visa processing fees, travel insurance premiums, and lift passes or rental equipment once issued are non-refundable where applicable. Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days.
